The investment for this all-inclusive professional package includes:​

• Six one-hour coaching sessions: To empower you to propel your professional why and achieve your career goals.  

• Two rounds of electronic resume feedback: To support you with further developing and polishing your resume, I would provide you with two rounds of feedback through email to ensure that you have a draft that will get you noticed and allow you to get through the applicant tracking system known as ATS. The individualized feedback that I would provide would ensure that your content includes keywords for your desired industry, highlights your previous experiences, and speaks to the needs of the companies/organizations that you are applying to. 

• Two rounds of electronic cover letter feedback: To support you with crafting and polishing an effective cover letter, I would provide you with two rounds of feedback through email to ensure that you have a draft that effectively relays who you are, why you are interested in the role, and why you would be a good fit for the role. The individualized feedback that I would provide would ensure that you present yourself as an obvious match for a particular job, while taking into consideration a particular company’s tone and culture. 

• Two 30-minute phone calls or virtual video LinkedIn sessions: We would plan to connect for a thirty-minute conversation to go over keys to an effective LinkedIn profile for your particular interest area and a few fundamentals for the platform so that you could shape an SEO-effective headline and use the other details in your profile to market yourself well with your target hiring managers. After our call, you would further develop your LinkedIn profile based on our conversation, I would provide you with electronic feedback, and finally we would schedule a second thirty-minute Zoom call to review your final profile together, while also discussing ways that you could leverage the platform to support your career exploration or job search. 

• Unlimited email support between sessions: If you are feeling stuck, if you need encouragement, or if you’d like some help thinking through an issue or question, I’m just an email away. This can help keep up the momentum as you pursue your goals.
