Now more than ever, we find ourselves at a critical crossroads that is both exhilarating and terrifying. Through this uncertainty, the evolving discourse about identity and work/life views has created new demands and opportunities for companies, institutions, and communities. There is a need to more effectively develop resilient teams and programming that allow individuals to design a coherent professional path that connects

who they are, what they believe, and what they do 

to design meaningful lives and fulfilling careers. 

Over the past ten years, I have had the honor of working alongside leaders at elite institutions of higher education and industry-leading companies and organizations, where I have managed projects, built programs and coached teams in workforce and leadership development. I firmly believe that when individuals are able to connect their personal and professional identities to their professional pathways, teams become stronger, impact deepens and outcomes increase--in the office, in the classroom, on campus and in the world at large.
