Hi Kathryn,

I know that pursuing your next career move can bring up so many emotions, from self-doubt to confusion and overwhelm.

Before I made the leap to launch my own company at the onset of the pandemic, I was nearly in crisis. I felt confused and overwhelmed.

Was I making the right decision, leaving behind my old life in New York City and starting again from scratch?

Looking back, I wish I had a partner and guide throughout the process, someone who had walked the same path before and who I could lean on for support.

One thing I do know from my many years of doing this work is that when you have a partner to empower you to feel confident in your transferrable skills, to ask you powerful questions to help you gain clarity, and to hold you accountable to your goals – you can go further than if you go it alone.

When I started working with my client Farron, she had just been laid off very unexpectedly from a company she had worked at for over a decade. She felt bewildered about the job search process and in her words, “lost at sea.”

After us working together, she had this to say:

“Kimiko was invaluable… Once we began our work together I felt very focused and very passionate about the direction that I was headed in… I was able to land a role that I'm not only incredibly excited about but is the highest salary I've ever earned in my career."

And during our partnership, my client Trevor found a role that he said was “the most successful onboarding experience I've had in my last four jobs.

I came away from our sessions saying wow… many times I've sat down and deliberately looked at these things [on my own], but why do I feel like THIS was so much more productive? …The way that you ask questions and the way that we were able to build trust, I was able to reflect on a much more genuine level and for me that was one of the greatest outcomes overall.”

Now imagine… what would be possible today if you knew you weren’t alone in your journey?

What might shift for you if you knew exactly what you needed to do next, and how to get there?

I know you've probably tried to do this on your own – applying to jobs, networking, sifting through books, articles, YouTube videos and more for career guidance and best practices. But what if you could accelerate the process and make a change now with the right support?

You don’t have to do it alone, and I would love to be alongside you for this next exciting leg of your journey.

If you’d like to get started, simply reply “I’m in” to this email to book your first call.

I know you’ve got this,
